Journeyman Painter
Job Description
Exterior and interior repainting.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have exterior and interior surface prep and painting experience, including the ability to work from extension ladders and walk boards. Painters with drywall finishing and touch-up skills are preferred. Applicants should also have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Journeyman Carpenter
Job Description
Rot repair, siding, rough carpentry, window & door installation, deck installation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience in demo, rough carpentry, siding installation, doors/windows, and rot repair. Carpenters must be comfortable working from pump jacks and walk boards and must be able to read blueprints when required. A working knowledge of the NC building code is a must. Applicants should also have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Laborer/Helper
Job Description
Assist the crew while learning valuable skills.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should exhibit the willingness to learn their trade. Physical ability, attention to detail, math skills (including the ability to read a tape measure), the ability to work from ladders and walk boards, and excellent communication are a must.

Painting Foreman
Job Description
Manage all activities related to the completion of specific jobs on time and on budget. Must be able to perform all the duties of a journeyman.
Qualifications

Physical ability to perform the work as needed and the ability to train less-experienced personnel. Must have a clean driving record and driver’s license. The foreman is responsible for tracking daily crew activities, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining company equipment. Excellent communication skills are required.

All of our painters and construction team members are W-2 employees. This ensures consistent quality, training, and teamwork across every project. You will not be required to provide workers’ compensation, unemployment, or liability insurance.

Yes. Full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation after the first year and paid holidays after the initial probationary period. We believe in work-life balance and taking time to recharge.
